Dr. Corita is a licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with a Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. She is both nationally certified and licensed in the state of California to practice Chinese Medicine. In addition to her classical training, she has completed advanced coursework in Functional Medicine, allowing her to bridge Eastern and Western approaches with a root-cause, whole-person perspective.

Her integrative approach weaves together acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle therapy, and lab based analysis to support the body’s natural capacity to heal. By viewing the body as an interconnected system where physical, emotional, and spiritual health all influence one another, she tailors care plans to fit the unique needs of every individual.

Corita’s philosophy is grounded in meeting patients exactly where they are. She listens with care, collaborates with compassion, and works alongside each person to create a path toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Health, and Nutrition from San Diego State University, as well as over 1,000 hours of training as a certified Holistic Health Practitioner and licensed massage therapist.
